Completely syn free and totally satisfying! My new favourite thing to have for breakfast.

Chop up whatever veg you want to use! I used all speedy choices to really help boost my weight losses!
What I used for this one: Mushrooms, peppers, onions, celery, tomatoes & a drizzle of passata. I seasoned with a pinch of chilli powder, cumin, paprika & garlic powder.
So I chop up my lovely speedy veg and fry that for 10 – 15minutes in a small frying pan.
All you do to make the omelette wrap is crack two eggs into a bowl, add a drop of milk and whisk up with a fork. Once it’s nice and beaten I spray a large frying pan with loads of #frilight! (Dont be shy!) Pour the eggs and roll the frying pan around so it spreads evenly and into a nice circle.
I start the heat on medium until the egg changes from clear to a little colour and then slowly turn up the heat. It cooks really quickly so need to turn it up to high! You want it to cook on a lower heat so it doesnt burn or stick. When the egg looks set and the sides lift if you move them it’s ready to flip! Ease the spatula underneath and carefully flip over! I am terrible with flipping omelettes but I can do this everytime!!
Give it a couple minutes and then take it out and put it on a plate. I put half my veg in the omelette wrap and roll it up. The other half I like to drizzle ontop and then drizzle a little Passata ontop of everything.
This is so quick and easy to make and when you’re cutting into the wrap it’s all spicy and warm – so satisfying! Really fills me up and it’s completely free on Slimming World – and speed!
