BBQ Quorn Chicken Salad

What you need:

– Any veg! I just used what was lying around my fridge! This one had onions, peppers, celery & mushrooms.

– Aldi BBQ sauce (0.5syns for 1tbsp)

– Maple syrup (0.5syns for 1tsp)

– Some #frilight (any flavour)

– Drizzle of Worcester sauce

– Passata (as much as you want! Depends on how much sauce you want)

– Tomato puree (a couple tbsp’s just to thicken

– Sprinkle of garlic powder & a sprinkle of mixed herbs

– And Quorn chicken pieces (But you can add anything you want)

And that’s it! Chuck it in the frying pan with a generous squirt of #frilight for 10-15 minutes and serve ontop of a speedy salad! Keep it moving and cook on high at first, then turn it down so it doesnt burn. Only 1 syn for the whole thing and it tastes really sweet and tangy! If you’re in the mood for BBQ chicken and want something on your salad that’s a bit more interesting than give this a go! If you try it let me know what you think – hope you like it! Enjoy! ❤❤

Tip** With an 11 month old baby it’s important that anything I make myself is quick and easy! I think in total I cooked this up in about 15-20 minutes! I always use frozen chopped onions because this saves me loads of time and then I quickly chopped up the other veg. Then I just chuck everything in a shallow frying pan with a squirt of #frilight! I’m super lazy so anything I make is always quick, easy, low effort and super tasty! ❤🍽
